Basic membership (free) gives you access to browse the marketplace, view product specifications, and request quotes. Premium membership includes custom sourcing, concierge service, factory audits, pre-shipment inspections, sample coordination, supplier negotiations, and dedicated account management. Premium is ideal for projects with complex requirements or first-time international buyers.
How do you ensure product quality?
We conduct multi-stage quality assurance: 1) Supplier vetting and factory audits before onboarding, 2) Pre-production samples for approval, 3) During-production checks (DUPRO), 4) Pre-shipment inspections (PSI) with comprehensive photo reports, and 5) NATA-approved third-party testing when required. We operate in 85 countries through our partnership with Dominion House.
What are the fees and pricing structure?
Basic membership is free. Premium membership includes a monthly retainer (starting at $3,000 AUD) plus a management fee of 10% FOB on orders we facilitate. This covers all sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics coordination. Marketplace purchases for Basic members have transparent pricing with no hidden fees - what you see is what you pay, including duties, taxes, and freight.
